DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 27 June 1969
on uniform international provisions relating to motor vehicle equipment (Regulations Nos 4, 6, 7 and 8)
Pursuant to the Agreement on the Adoption of Uniform Conditions for Homologation (Verification of Conformity) and on the Reciprocal Recognition of Approval of Motor Vehicle Equipment and Components, Geneva, 20 March 1958 (No 176 / 1960 Coll.) The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations that it will use
1. Uniform provisions concerning the approval of lamps for the illumination of the registration mark of motor vehicles (excluding motorcycles) and their trailers (Regulation No 4).
2. Uniform provisions concerning the approval of indicators for the direction of motor vehicles (excluding motorcycles) and their trailers (Regulation No 6).
3. Uniform provisions concerning the approval of position lights, stop lights and brake motor vehicles (excluding motorcycles) and their trailers (Regulation No 7).
4. Uniform provisions concerning the approval of headlamps for vehicles giving asymmetrical silenced light and driving beam or any of these lamps fitted with halogen filament lamps (filament lamps H 1) and filament lamp approval H 1 (Regulation No 8).
Regulations Nos 4, 6, 7 and 8 entered into force on 17 June 1969 for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
