GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 May 1964
amending Decree No. 126 / 1962 Coll., setting up the Interrugation Commission and implementing the law on abortion
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to Article 45 of Act No. 65 / 1960 Coll., on National Committees, and under Act No. 68 / 1957 Coll., on artificial abortion:
Čl. I
Government Decree No. 126 / 1962 Coll., setting up the Interrugation Commission and implementing the law on abortion is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (3) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) one doctor, a regional expert in gynecology and obstetrics."
Article 2 (11) reads:
"For artificial abortion permitted for the reasons set out in Section 5 (2), the Interrupting Commission shall provide for a surcharge of between 200, - 800, - Kčs to cover part of the nursing costs. The supplement is paid in cash, it is paid to the treated woman by a certificate. The fixing of the surcharge may be waived in exceptional cases. '
Čl. II
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1964.
