DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Trade
of 29 June 1960
adapting the subject matter of business of certain foreign trade undertakings
The Foreign Trade Minister provides, in an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § § § 2 and 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Sailing:
The Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 307 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Kovo, a public limited company for the import and export of precision machinery products to an undertaking for foreign trade, is amended as follows:
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Foreign trade is the object of the business, in particular export and import of fine mechanics, textile machinery and electrical equipment. '
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 308 / 1953 Ú. l., on the conversion of Motokov, a joint-stock company for the import and export of vehicles and light metal products to a foreign trade undertaking, is amended as follows:
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Foreign trade is the object of the business, in particular export and import of motor vehicles and their accessories, agricultural machinery and tools, and, where applicable, equipment for the assembly of motor vehicles, bicycles and various metal products, household and other light industrial products. '
Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 312 / 1953 Ú. l, on the establishment of Strojexport, the Foreign Trade Company for the export of machinery and machinery, is amended as follows:
1. The name of the undertaking established by the provisions of § 1 of Decree No 312 / 1953 of the Foreign Trade Minister of the Úl. is amended as follows:
"Strojexport, a foreign trade undertaking for the export and import of machinery and machinery. '
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Foreign trade is the object of the business, in particular the export of heavy machinery, engines and machinery. '
Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 313 / 1953 Ú. l, on the establishment of Strojimport, the Foreign Trade Company, for the import of machinery and industrial equipment, is amended as follows:
1. The name of the undertaking established under § 1 of Decree No 313 / 1953 of the Minister for Foreign Trade of the Czech Republic is amended as follows:
"Strojimport, a foreign trade enterprise for the import and export of machinery and industrial equipment."
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Foreign trade is the object of the business, in particular the import of industrial equipment of all kinds and the import and export of machine tools and certain other engineering products. '
3. Article 6 (1) reads as follows:
"The core capital of the company is CZK 40 000 000."
This Decree shall take effect from 1 July 1960.
