fixing the final date of the time limits provided for by the Law of 8 May 1946, No. 124 Coll., on emergency measures in the field of protective samples.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1, § 2 and § 2 and § 3 of the Act of 8 May 1946, No. 124 Coll., on emergency measures in the field of protective samples:
§ 1.
Applications for protective samples pursuant to § 1, § 2 and § 2 of Act No. 124 / 1946 Coll., shall be submitted by 30 June 1948.
§ 2.
The priority periods in the field of protective samples covered by Article 3 of Act No. 124 / 1946 Coll. shall be extended until 31 December 1947.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
