DECLARATION
of 21 April 2022
amending Decree No. 327 / 2011 Coll., on data provided in connection with the operation of a ship and in reports and notifications of a maritime accident or incident, on the minimum amount of insurance agreed for damage to the operation of a ship and amending Decree No. 278 / 2000 Coll., on the maritime register and documents of seagoing vessels
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 85 (1) of Act No. 61 / 2000 Coll., on maritime navigation, as amended by Act No. 310 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 81 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 90 / 2022 Coll. ("the Act ') for the implementation of Section 23a (11) of the Act:
Decree No. 327 / 2011 Coll., on data provided in connection with the operation of a ship and in reports and notifications of a maritime accident or incident, on the minimum amount of insurance agreed for damage to the operation of a ship and amending the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 278 / 2000 Coll., on maritime register and maritime vessel documents, shall be amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Directive (EU) 2019 / 883 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste, amending Directive 2010 / 65 / EU and repealing Directive 2000 / 59 / EC shall be added to the separate line. ';
2. The following Section 1a is inserted after Section 1:
The model of the form provided for in Section 23a (3) of the Act is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree. '
3. In section 2 of the introductory part of the provision, the words "Paragraph 23a (3) and (4) of the Act 'are replaced by the words" Paragraph 23a (7) and (8) of the Act'.
4. In section 3 of the introductory part of the provision, the words "Paragraph 23a (5) of the Act 'are replaced by the words" Paragraph 23a (9) of the Act'.
5. In Section 5 of the Introductory Part of the provision, "Paragraph 33 (1) (q) of the Act 'is replaced by" Paragraph 33 (1) (p) of the Act'.
6. In Section 6, "Annex 1 to this Order 'is replaced by" Annex 2 to this Order';
7. In Section 7, the words "Annex 2 to this Order 'are replaced by the words" Annex 3 to this Order'.
8. Annex No 1, including the title, reads:
"Annex No 1 to Decree No 327 / 2011 Coll.
MODEL FORM REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 23a (3) OF THE LAW
"
Annexes 1 and 2 to date shall be renumbered Annexes 2 and 3.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2022.
