COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 6 March 2008
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.2.2008 and 29.2.2008:
1. Appendix 3 to the collective agreement of the higher degree of ECHO,
Czech Energy Union, Employee Union
nuclear power plants (of 1 February 2008) closed between
ECHO trade union,
Czech Energy Union,
Union of employees of nuclear power plants
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
2. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement for the forestry sector in the Czech Republic for 2007 (of 7 February 2008) concluded
between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Association of Employers in Forestry.
3. Collective contract of higher degree (of 14 February 2008) concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
4. Collective contract of higher degree (of 7 February 2008) concluded between
Czech Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
