DECLARATION
of 10 March 2006
amending Decree No. 84 / 2005 Coll., on the costs of racing meals and their reimbursement in contribution organisations set up by local authorities
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 33b of Act No. 250 / 2000 Coll., on the budgetary rules of territorial budgets, as amended by Act No. 557 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 84 / 2005 Coll., on the costs of racing meals and their reimbursement in contribution organisations established by local authorities, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 5 (2), the second sentence is replaced by the following: "Another main meal in the same shift may be provided by the organisation to its staff member for payment in accordance with the first sentence if his worked shift is set at at least 10 hours."
2. The following Section 6a is inserted after Section 6:
Common provisions
(1) The organisation may not at the same time provide for racing meals through the organisational body of the State, whether legal or natural, in accordance with Sections 4 and 5, with the exceptions referred to in paragraph 2.
(2) If racing is provided in its own facilities, it is possible to provide racing through the organisation of the state, legal or natural person only to the guest referred to in § 3 (3)
(a) which cannot otherwise be provided with a diet corresponding to its health status; the requirement to provide a diet corresponding to the health status of the worker must be documented to the organisation by a written medical certificate with the recommended diet type, issued by the competent expert,
(b) whose working shift is fixed for at least 10 hours and the provision of additional main meals for reduced remuneration falls within the scope of the time when the own establishment no longer works; or
(c) during the period during which the establishment is out of service.
(3) Each locally separated workplace shall proceed separately in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2006.
