on the publication of the Numerical Plan of addresses and names of management domains for the messaging system
The Czech Telecommunications Authority states that according to § 68 (4) of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws, as amended, it has announced a Numerical Plan of addresses and names of management domains for the messaging system. This plan, which is binding on the service providers concerned in the messaging system, sets out the address system, principles for the creation of management domain names and responsibilities of the administration management domain administrator.
According to the same provision of the Act, the Czech Telecommunications Authority published this Numerical Plan of Addresses and Names of Management Domain for the Communication Intermediate System in the Telecommunications Journal of 24 February 2003, amount 2, in the normative section "A 'under point 30. By that date, the Numerical Plan of addresses and names of management domains for the system of reporting has become valid.
