GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 March 2002
on the proportional part of the reserve to be allocated under the milk production quota system in the 2002 / 2003 quota year
The Government mandates pursuant to § 12 (3) and § 12 (4) (c) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund):
The proportion of the reserve available under the milk production quota system for the 2002 / 2003 quota year is fixed at 100 million litres of raw milk.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2002.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 March 2003.
