on the competence of national committees in the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Collection and Civil Service
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The jurisdiction of the civil service section of the civil service sector under the special rule (2) shall be exercised by the municipal authority of the municipality with extended competence in whose territory a citizen whose civil service rights and obligations are decided on.
The areas defined by the municipal office of the municipality with extended competence, the municipal office of the capital of Prague or the municipal office under this law are the exercise of the delegation.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
