on new organisation and financing of machinery and tractor stations.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42 (1) of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
The increased tasks of machinery and tractor stations in agricultural production require reorganisation of their organisation and financing.
From individual machinery and tractor stations, national undertakings, established pursuant to Decree-Law No 83 / 1951 Coll., on the organisation of machinery and tractor stations, shall be established on 1 January 1954 as legal entities, the expenditure of which shall be borne by the State budget to which their revenue also comes. Of the various technical and water-based construction works, the national undertakings set up under the same Regulation shall be established on 1 January 1954 "Heavy-land machinery and tractor stations' as legal entities involved in the same way in the State budget.
The property (rights and obligations) of an individual national enterprise shall be transferred to a station established by it on 1 January 1954.
(1) Staff of national undertakings from which stations are set up pursuant to Article 2 shall become staff of such stations.
(2) Directors of existing national undertakings from which stations are set up pursuant to Article 2 shall become directors of such stations.
The government shall adapt the method of financing the stations by means of a decree; In so doing, it may provide, as an exception to the principle set out in Section 2, for cases in which the expenditure of stations from the state budget is not paid or in which the revenue of stations does not flow into the state budget.
The provisions of Sections 3 to 8 of Decree-Law No 83 / 1951 Coll.
The courts shall carry out the erasure of national undertakings which have died under this Regulation from the official register.
The Minister for Agriculture may, in agreement with the Minister for Finance, make more detailed arrangements for the organisation of stations (the Statute).
This Regulation is without prejudice to national undertakings established under Decree-Law No 83 / 1951 Coll. and not designated in § 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1954; They shall be implemented by the Agriculture and Finance Ministers in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
