of 7 November 1951
repealing the headquarters of research and technological development and the centre of physical supply.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations to the organisation of public administration, and pursuant to § 42 (1) of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
(1) The headquarters of research and technical development and the central body of material supply are deleted and their responsibilities are transferred to the State Planning Office.
(2) The Slovak Research and Technical Development Headquarters and the Slovak Centre for Material Supply are hereby repealed and their responsibilities are transferred to the Slovak Planning Office.
(3) The staff of the cancelled offices will be taken over in the necessary number to the State Office of the Planning Office or the Slovak Planning Office.
The provisions of Act No. 261 / 1949 Coll., on the Organisation of Research and Technical Development, as amended by Act No. 185 / 1950 Coll., and the provisions of Government Decree No. 201 / 1950 Coll., on Material Supplies, if they are contrary to this Regulation or the regulations governing the tasks and activities of the Planning Authority, are hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister-President of the State Office planning in agreement with the Minister of Finance and other participating members of the Government.
