DECLARATION

of 10 March 2023

amending Decree No 257 / 2009 Coll., on the use of sediments on agricultural land

The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of the Environment, pursuant to § 9 (11) of Act No. 156 / 1998 Coll., on fertilisers, soil aid substances, plant bio-stimulants and substrates and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (Fertilisers Act), as amended by Act No. 9 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 295 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 299 / 2021 Coll.:

Čl. I

Decree No. 257 / 2009 Coll., on the use of sediments on agricultural land, is amended as follows:

1. In Section 1, the words "the method of reporting the use of sediment 'are inserted after the words" the use of sediment'.

2. The following Section 5a is inserted after Section 5:

„§ 5a

Method of reporting sediments

The model form for the report on the use of sediments on agricultural land is set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation. '

3. the following Annex 7 is inserted after Annex 6:

"Annex No 7 to Decree No 257 / 2009 Coll.

Čl. II

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
