GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 March 2015
amending Government Regulation No. 26 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for pressure equipment, as amended by Government Regulation No. 621 / 2004 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act ') to implement Sections 11 (2), 11a (2) (c), 12 (1) and (3) and 13 (2) of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 26 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for pressure equipment, as amended by Government Decree No. 621 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "This Regulation shall be laid down in accordance with the law of the European Communities (1) 'are replaced by the words" This Regulation shall incorporate the relevant provisions of the European Union1) and shall be amended'.

"(1) Directive 97 / 23 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 May 1997 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to pressure equipment. Directive 2014 / 68 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment. '.
2. in Paragraph 3 (2) (a), including footnote 7:
"(a) Group 1 includes substances and mixtures the definitions of which are set out in Article 2 (7) and (8) of Regulation (EC) No 1272 / 20087) and which are classified as hazardous according to the following physical or health hazards classes as set out in Parts 2 and 3 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1272 / 2008:
1. unstable explosives or explosives of sub-classes 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5;
2. flammable gases of categories 1 and 2;
3. oxidising gases of category 1,
4. flammable liquids of categories 1 and 2;
5. flammable liquids of category 3, if the maximum permissible temperature is higher than the flash point;
6. flammable solids of categories 1 and 2;
7. self-reactive substances and mixtures of types A to F,
8. self-ignition liquids of category 1,
9. self-ignition solids of category 1,
10. substances and mixtures which, in contact with water, release flammable gases, categories 1, 2 and 3;
11. oxidising liquids of categories 1, 2 and 3,
12. oxidising solids of categories 1, 2 and 3,
13. organic peroxides of types A to F,
14. Acute oral toxicity categories 1 and 2,
15. Acute dermal toxicity categories 1 and 2,
16. Acute inhalation toxicity categories 1, 2 and 3,
17. Specific target organ toxicity - single exposure category 1;
Group 1 also includes substances and mixtures contained in pressure equipment with the highest permitted TS temperature exceeding the flash point of the liquid,
(7) Regulation (EC) No 1272 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67 / 548 / EEC and 1999 / 45 / EC and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907 / 2006. "
3. in Article 3 (2) (b), "liquid" is replaced by "substances and mixtures."
4. In Article 3 (3), the words "higher group 'are replaced by the words" highest category'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 June 2015.
