DECLARATION
of 31 March 2011
amending Decree No. 20 / 2002 Coll., on the method and frequency of measuring the quantity and quality of water
The Ministry of Agriculture, after consulting the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Health, provides pursuant to § 10 (3) of Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., on Water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act):
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 20 / 2002 Coll., on the method and frequency of measuring the quantity and quality of water, is amended as follows:
1. in the title of the Order, in § 1 (b), in § 4, in § 5, in § 7 and § 7 (3), the words "and quality" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 1 (a), the words "and water quality" shall be deleted;
(3) Paragraph 3, including the title and footnote 5, shall be deleted.
4. In paragraphs 4 and 5, paragraph 2 is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
5. In Article 6, the words "and quality 'are deleted.
6. Paragraph 7 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
7. Paragraph 9 (2) is deleted.
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.
8. In Article 9 (2), the words "and quality 'and the words" and within the scope of the quality indicators set out in Annex 1' are deleted.
(9) Annexes 1 and 2 are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
