amending Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 333 / 1997 Coll., implementing § 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, for grain mill products, pasta, bakery products and pastry products and batter
According to Article 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related acts (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for grain mill products, pasta, bakery products and pastry products and batter:
Čl. I
Decree No. 333 / 1997 Coll., implementing § 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, for grain mill products, pasta, bakery products and pastry products and batter products, shall be amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (h), the word "dears" is replaced by "dears."
2. in Article 1 (l), the words "and intended for specific use 'are deleted;
3. In Article 3 (1), the words "and rice 'are deleted.
4. In Article 3 (3), "species' is replaced by" genus'.
5. in Article 6 (a):
"(a) pasta food produced by the moulding of unfermented and chemically unfermented dough prepared mainly from grain mill products or mixtures thereof,"
6. In Article 6 (d), the words "fresh or dried 'are deleted.
7. in Article 6 (e):
"(e) non-egg-free pasta produced without the addition of eggs,"
8. In Article 11 (b), a comma is inserted after the words "at least 400 g 'and after the words" except cut'.
9. in Article 11 (e):
'(e) durable pastries made mainly of flour and, where appropriate, other raw materials, additives and flavourings, with a water content not exceeding 10%, with the exception of gingerbread, pretzels and durable sticks with a water content not exceeding 16%; whether or not filled with different fillings, wet, film or surface-treated,';
10. in Paragraph 13 (d), the words "of the total" are replaced by the words "on the total."
11. in Article 13 (e), the words "of the total" shall be replaced by the words "on the total."
12. Paragraph 15 (1) is deleted and paragraph 2 is deleted.
13. in Article 16 (a), the words "after heat treatment" shall be deleted;
14. in Article 16 (f), the words "with a milk fat content of 33% or with a permanent whipped cream of at least 28%" shall be deleted.
15. in Article 16 (h), the word "filling" shall be inserted after the word "dry."
16. Annex 1 shall read as follows:

17. In Annex 2, paragraph "Flours', the paragraph" Physical and chemical requirements', third sentence: "Flours must not be chemically bleached '.
The fourth sentence is deleted.

Čl. II
Transitional provisions
(1) Foodstuffs produced and put into circulation before the date of application of this Decree are assessed in accordance with existing legislation.
(2) Food labelling according to existing legislation may be used until 1 September 2001.
Čl. III
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2000.
