Czech National Council
of 29 March 1990
concerning certain measures concerning the competence of the ministries of the Czech Republic
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Čl. I
Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech National Administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 60 / 1988 Coll., on changes in the organisation and competence of the ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., on measures in the system of the Central Authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, headed by a member of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, and on the legal measures of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 9 / 1990 Coll., amending Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of the Czech National Council of the Czech National Council No. 173 / 1989 Coll., on measures in the Institute of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, and the Law of the Czech National Government of the Czech National Council No. 60 / 1988 Coll.
In Article 10 (1), the words "for civil service" shall be inserted after the words "for employment and employment."
Čl. II
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
