amending the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 104 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment, organisation and study of gymnastics
The Ministry of Education of the Slovak Socialist Republic provides according to § 2 paragraph 2 of Act No. 168 / 1968 Coll., on Gymnasies:
The Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 104 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment, organisation and study of gymnastics, is amended as follows:
"(1) Gymnasium studies provide full secondary general education, namely language, social sciences including the foundations of philosophy, mathematics and science, as well as aesthetic and physical education.
(2) Gymnasium studies have since the first year been divided into the humanities and the natural sciences. On both branches, the Regional National Committees may, with the agreement of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Socialist Republic, establish classes with a special focus according to the requirements for the preparation of gymnastics graduates, both for university studies and for their practical application. "
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
