of 28 June 1968
amending and supplementing Decree No. 105 / 1964 of the State Social Security Office Coll., on the Pension Insurance of Individual Farmers and Other Persons Self-Management and on the provision of a provision to members of their families
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs shall, in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, with the Central Council of Trade Unions and other participating central bodies pursuant to Section 145 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security of Cooperative Farmers, as amended by Acts No. 141 / 1965 Coll., No. 116 / 1967 Coll. and No. 89 / 1968 Coll. ("the Act '):
Čl. I
Decree of the State Social Security Office No. 105 / 1964 Coll., on the pension insurance of individual farm farmers and other persons self-employed and providing a provision allowance to members of their families, shall be amended as follows:
Article 11 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The orphan's pension on a unilateral basis for an orphan child shall be 30% of the old-age (invalidity) pension of an individual farmer, but not less than 200 CZK per month. The orphan's pension for the two-sided orphan child is 450 CZK per month. Paragraph 69 (5) of the Law applies mutatis mutandis. '

„§ 13
Education
(1) The education allowance is payable to any child of an old-age or invalidity pensioner who would be entitled to an orphan's pension when an individual farmer dies (Section 68 of the Act).

and increases by 240 ccs per month for each additional child.
(3) If there is an uninsured child who, according to the opinion of the social security authorities, is disabled and who requires permanent care, a fee of 150 CZK per month shall be granted for them; the condition is that the child is not placed in an institution for such children and does not receive an invalidity pension.
(4) Otherwise, Article 73 of the Law applies to the provision of education. "
3. the following Part Five is inserted after Section 23:

Mother and child security
§ 23a
Aid for the birth of a child
(1) If a single farmer is born, another self-employed or cooperating member of their family or a member of a single farmer's family, another self-employed or co-operating member of their family, it is entitled to aid of 1000 Kcs for each born child. The spouse or co-worker of a deceased individual farmer or other self-employed or co-operating member of their family shall also be entitled to the benefit of the child from the deceased's insurance if the birth occurred within 300 days of his death.
(2) Paragraph 37 of the Law on a withdrawal period applies mutatis mutandis.
§ 23b
Child allowance
(1) Children's allowances shall belong to the individual farmer, to another self-employed or cooperative member of their family, if they have unprovided children.
(2) The allowance for children shall be:

and they increase by 240 ccs a month for each other.
(3) If there is an uninsured child who, according to the opinion of the social security authorities, is disabled and who requires permanent care, a supplement of 150 CZK per month shall be granted to them; the condition is that the child is not placed in an institution for such children and does not receive an invalidity pension.
(4) An individual farmer, a person self-employed or a cooperative member of their family called upon to serve in the armed forces shall be entitled to child allowance if he was insured in retirement at the time of the service or when he was called on to serve.
§ 23c
General condition for entitlement to maternity and child security benefits
Support for the birth of a child and child allowance shall be granted only if the insurance is properly paid. ';
4. The fifth part shall be renumbered as the sixth part.
5. Paragraph 25 of Clauses 1 to 4, including the introductory phrase, reads:
"Unless otherwise provided for in this Order, the provisions of the law shall apply mutatis mutandis to the matters covered by this Order
1. family members,
2. Unprovided children,
3. Eliminating entitlement to child allowances,
4. on the coincidences of allowances for children and their salaries, "
As a result of this amendment, in the same paragraph, points 1 to 18 shall be renumbered as points 5 to 22.
Čl. II
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 1968.
