of 22 December 1958
on changes in the scope of the Matrix Matrix
The Government of the Republic of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
To simplify and streamline work in the management of the matrix, a copy of the matrix is not produced (§ 7 of Act No. 268 / 1949 Coll.). Instead of a copy of the matrix, after the current year, the executive body of the local national committee responsible for the management of the matrix shall send to the executive body of the directly superior national committee the documents which serve as evidence for the registration or amendment of the registration of birth, marriage or death (§ 8 of Act No. 268 / 1949 Coll.).
This Regulation shall apply from 1 January 1959; they shall be carried out by the Minister for the Interior.
