extending the Act on National Industrial Enterprises to national enterprises in the field of the State Statistical Office.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 57 of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll., on National Industrial Enterprises:
The provisions of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll. are extended to national enterprises in the field of the State Statistical Office.
The authority which according to Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll. belongs to the Ministers is the responsibility of the President of the State Statistical Office. However, businesses in the field of the Statistical Office are set up by the Prime Minister.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1954. They shall be carried out by the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Statistical Office.
