GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 March 2025
on the determination of bearings of strategic importance in the area of Chvaletice
The Government orders pursuant to § 6a (2) of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., on the Protection and Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), as amended by Act No. 465 / 2023 Coll.:
Subject matter
This Regulation establishes bearings of strategic importance containing minerals from which manganese can be industrially produced.
Determination of bearings of strategic importance
The bearing of strategic importance shall be:
(a) the exclusive bearing of critical reserved minerals held on 1 January 2024 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name "Chvaletece- draught" 1, 2 and number 3104804;
(b) the exclusive bearing of critical reserved minerals held on 1 January 2024 in the balance sheet of the mineral reserves referred to in Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Řechany- drains 3 and the number 3243700.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
