amending Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

The Czech National Bank is part of the European System of Supervision for Financial Markets (17) and cooperates with the European Systemic Risk Board (18) and the European Financial Markets Supervisors (19).

Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
