The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 5 April 1994 on a proposal by the District Office in Most to repeal the generally binding Order of the City of Most to ensure public order and security in the City of Most
as follows:
The Order of the City of Most to ensure public order and security in the City of Most, adopted by the City Council of Most on 22 December 1992, is hereby repealed with effect from the date of the declaration of findings in the Collection of Laws.
