Councils of the Regional National Committee in Levice
of 28 August 1970
determining the district offices of local national committees and other municipal national committees by the construction offices
The Council of the Regional National Committee in Levice determines, pursuant to § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, the construction authorities:
1. Circuit office of local national committees based in Bátovice with territorial competence for the municipalities of Bátovice, Brženice, Jablonovice, Pečenice, Žemberovice;
2. The district office of the local national committees located in Farné with territorial competence for the municipalities of Farná, Kuraľany, Kvetná, Veľké Ludince;
3. The district office of local national committees based in Ipeľský Sokolci with territorial competence for the municipalities of Bielovce, Ipeľský Sokolec, Cubáňovo, Lontov, Pastovce, Zalaba;
4. The district office of the local national committees located in Kalné nad Hron with territorial competence for the municipalities of Bajka, Beša, Dolný Pial, Horný Pial, Iňa, Kalná nad Hronom, Lok, Lula, Mochovce, Nové Tekov, Tehla, Veľký Děur;
5. The district office of the local national committees based in Levice with territorial competence for the municipalities of Brhlovce, Dolní Seč, Gondovo, Horná Seč, Horša, Hronské Kosihy, Kalinčiakovo, Krškany, Malá Kiar, Mytne Ludany, New Devina, Podlužanů, Old Hradok, Tekov Hradok;
6. The district office of the local national committees based in Pášovce with territorial competence for the municipalities Horné Turovce, Ipeľské Úľany, Páštovice;
7. The district office of the local national committees located in Pukance with territorial competence for the municipalities of Bohunice, Devicany, Pukanec, Uhliski;
8. The district office of the local national committees located in Santovka with territorial competence for the municipalities of Bora, Chankov, Demandice, Domadice, Hontianska Vrbica, Santovka, Rádice, Tekovské Trstáany;
9. The district office of the local national committees based in Starém Tekova with territorial competence for the municipalities of Hronský Kľachany, Staré Tekov, Veľké Komálovce;
10. The district office of local national committees based in Shah with territorial competence for the municipalities of Dolné Semerovce, Hokovce, Horné Semerovce, Hrkovce, Preseľany nad Ipľom, Slatina, Tešmák, Tupá, Veľké Turovce, Vyškovce nad Ipľom;
11. Circuit office of local national committees based in Šarovice with territorial competence for the municipalities of Jur nad Hronom, Šarovce, Tura, Vyšné nad Hronom, Žemliare;
12. Circuit office of local national committees based in Tekovské Lužany with territorial competence for the municipalities of Chaka, Malash, Medvecký, Ondrejovka, Swimming Vozokany, Tekovské Lužany;
13. The district office of the local national committees based in Tlmačí with territorial competence for the municipalities of Tchaikov, Kozárovce, Malá Kommalovce, Rybník, Tlmače;
14. Circuit office of the local national committees based in Želiezovce with territorial competence for the municipalities of Chata, Hronovce, Kukucínov, Malá Ludince, Nýrovce, Pohronský Ruskov, Sikenica, Svodov, Šalov, Armourers;
15. City National Committee in Shah with territorial competence for the city of Shaha;
16. City National Committee in Želiezovce with territorial competence for the city of Želiezovka.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
