LEGAL MEASURES

on the award of degrees to graduates of the University of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) Graduates of the University of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, who perform the prescribed rigorous examination of the chosen scientific field and its wider basis, are awarded the title "Doctor of Social Policy Teachings" by the University of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia (in short "RSDr.").
(2) This legal measure is supplemented by the legal measure of the National Assembly Bureau No. 7 / 1966 Coll., on the University of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
