DECLARATION
Minister of Interior
of 10 December 1963
fixing the daily rates relating to the costs associated with the exercise of the custody and the execution of the custodial sentence
The Minister of Interior provides, pursuant to § 152 (2) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure of the Court (Criminal Code):
(1) The daily rate relating to the costs associated with the exercise of custody (§ 152 (1) (a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure) is 20 CZK.
(2) The daily rate for the costs associated with the execution of the prison sentence (§ 152 (1) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure) is 28 CZK.
(3) In the case of a minor, the daily rate for the costs of the execution of the detention and the execution of the sentence shall be 5 Cds.
(1) Order No 199 / 1957 of the Minister of the Interior of the Czech Republic setting the daily rates for the costs of the execution of the detention and the execution of the prison sentence is hereby repealed.
(2) This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1964.
