of 8 June 1950
on the cessation of the activities of State veterinary investigation institutes.
The Ministry of Health and Justice declares, pursuant to Article 3 (4) of Regulation No 240 / 1897 on the establishment of state institutes for the examination of foodstuffs and articles, the needs of the type referred to in Law No 89 / 1897:
On 1 June 1950, the State Veterinary Investigation Institute in Brno, České Budějovice, Jihlava, Plzeň, Hradec Králové, Karlovy Vary, Opava, Liberec and Olomouc, whose establishment was declared by Decree of Ministers of the Interior and Justice No. 6 / 1943 Coll., No. 115 / 1944 Coll. and No. 7 / 1945 Coll. (d.), Ministers of Health and Justice No. 103 / 1948 Coll., No. 104 / 1948 Coll., and No. 105 / 1948 Coll., all as amended by Decree of the Ministries of Health and Justice No. 38 / 1949 Coll., and by Ministries of Health and Justice No. 26 / 1949 Coll., and No. 78 / 1949 Coll. The scope of these institutions in the field of food research continues to be exercised by branches of the State Health Institute established at the premises of existing veterinary investigation institutes.
