of 20 April 1948
amending Article 1 of the Government Decree of 10 December 1937, No 238 Coll., on jurisdiction of the regional courts in military treason cases.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Article 36a of the Act of 19 March 1923, No 50 Coll., to protect the Republic, as amended by Article 5 of the Law of 13 May 1936, No 130 Coll.:
Paragraph 1 of the Decree of 10 December 1937, No 238 Coll., on the jurisdiction of regional courts in matters of military treason, is amended and read as follows:
The judgment on military treason (§ 6 of the Law on the Protection of the Republic) and on the non-corruption or non-notification of military treason (§ 12 of the Law on the Protection of the Republic) belong to:
the Regional Criminal Court in Prague as well as for the districts of the Regional Courts in Liberec, České Lípa, Litoměřice, Most and Tábor,
the Regional Court in Pilsen and for the districts of the Regional Courts in České Budějovice, Cheb, Klatovy and Sand,
the Regional Court in Hradec Kralove and for the districts of the Regional Courts in Mladá Bloslav, Kutná Hora, Chrudim and Jičín,
the Regional Court for the Criminal Court in Brno and for the District Courts in Uherské Hradiště, Nový Jicin, in Jihlava and Znojma,
the Regional Court in Olomouc and for regional courts in Opava and Ostrava,
the Regional Court in Bratislava and for the districts of the other Regional Courts under the main court in Bratislava,
the Regional Court in Košice and for the districts of other regional courts subordinate to the main court in Košice. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; They shall be carried out by the Ministers of Justice, National Defence and Interior.
