Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 28 February 2020
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements and additions to higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 5 Collective contracts of higher degrees for the years 2017- 2020, concluded on 4.11.2019 between these Contracting Parties

The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 3 Collective contracts of higher degrees for the years 2017- 2023, concluded on 5.12.2019 between these Contracting Parties
ECHO
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2020, concluded on 17 December 2019 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry.
4. Collective contract of higher degree for 2020, concluded on 9 January 2020 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
5. Appendix 1 Collective contracts of higher degree, concluded on 19 December 2019 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Forestry and Woodworking Enterprises.
6. Appendix 2 to the KSVS, concluded on 13.1.2020 between the Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air and Space Manufacturers of the Czech Republic.
7. Appendix 1 to the KSVS for the years 2019- 2020, concluded on 28 January 2020 between these Contracting Parties
