DECLARATION
of 23 March 2017
amending the Decree implementing electoral laws
The Ministry of the Interior provides in the agreement with the Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 92 paragraph 1 (c) (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., in the agreement with the Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 59 (c) (2) of the Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on elections to the Councils of the Regions and on the amendment of certain laws, on the Agreement with the Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 74 (d) of the Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to the Representatives of the Communities and on the amendment of the Act No. 70 (a) of the President of the Republic and on the Election of certain Acts to the European Parliament, and on the amendment of the Czech Statistical Office under § 69 (b) of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll.
Amendment to Decree No 152 / 2000 Coll.
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 152 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on Regional Councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 565 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 233 / 2012 Coll. and Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, in Model 3, the words "first name, last name, age 'are replaced by the words" first name, last name, sex, age'.
2. In Annex No 1, in Model 3, if it is annexed thereto, the words "birth number 'are replaced by the words" Date of birth'.
3. In Annex No 1, in Model 7, the words "Natural number:..................... 'are deleted.
Transitional provision
In elections to regional councils declared before the date of entry into force of this decree, Decree No. 152 / 2000 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree, shall apply.
Amendment to Decree No 233 / 2000 Coll.
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 233 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under No. 243 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 80 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 188 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 565 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 321 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., and Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, in Model 4, the words "Name, Surname, Age 'are replaced by the words" Name, Surname, Sex, Age' and in Model 6, the words "Name, Surname, Age 'are replaced by the words" Name, Surname, Sex, Age'.
2. In Annex 1, in Model 4, if it is an Annex, and in Annex 6, Annex 2, the words "birth number 'are replaced by the words" date of birth'.
3. In Annex No 1, Model 10 and Model 11, the words "Natural number:................ 'are deleted.
Transitional provision
In the elections to the Chamber of Deputies and in the Senate elections announced before the date of entry into force of this Order, Decree No 233 / 2000 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, applies.
Amendment of Decree No 59 / 2002 Coll.
In Annex No 1 to Decree No. 59 / 2002 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 565 / 2002 Coll., in Model 6, the words "name, surname, age 'are replaced by the words" name, surname, sex, age'.
Transitional provision
In elections to the municipal councils declared before the date of entry into force of this decree, Decree No. 59 / 2002 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree, applies.
Amendment to Decree No. 409 / 2003 Coll.
Decree No. 409 / 2003 Coll., implementing Act No. 62 / 2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 63 / 2014 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "entered in the population register under special legislation (3) 'are deleted.
2. In Annex 1, in Model 2, the words "and entry in the population register 'are deleted.
Transitional provision
In elections to the European Parliament announced before the date of entry into force of this Order, Decree No. 409 / 2003 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall apply.
Amendment to Decree No 294 / 2012 Coll.
Decree No 294 / 2012 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on the Election of the President of the Republic, as amended by Decree No 452 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, the words "Name, surname and date of birth of the members of the Election Committee, indicating the address of their place of residence and, where applicable, the address for service or e-mail addresses and signature.
shall be replaced by:
| „Datum, kdy poprvé bylo možné petici podepsat, jde-li o kandidátní listinu podávanou navrhujícím občanem. |

2. In Annex 1, the words "Confirmation of the establishment of an electoral account 'are deleted.
3. In Annex 1, the words "to the Election Committee and its members' shall be deleted.
4. In Annex 1, the words:

Transitional provision
In the election of the President of the Republic, published before the date of entry into force of this Order, Decree No 294 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, applies.
EFFECTIVE
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
