repealing Decree No. 73 / 1994 Coll., on the security and operation of bulk storage facilities
According to § 6 (6) (a) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, the Czech Mining Authority provides:
Decree No. 73 / 1994 Coll., on safety and operation at bulk storage facilities, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 April 2003.
