on the state budget of the Czech Republic for 1990 and amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 174 / 1982 Coll., on budgetary determination of income and administration of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Czech State Budget 1990

(2) The state budget of the Republic includes financial relations with the budgets of the national committees, namely:

| globální dotace ve výši | 16 401 100 000 Kčs |
(Annex No 2).
(3) The summary of the budgetary reserves of the Republic's state budget is set out in Annex 3.
Amendment of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 174 / 1982 Coll., on the budgetary determination of income and administration of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions
In the Act of the Czech National Council No 174 / 1982 Coll., on the budgetary determination of income and the management of income, pension tax and social security contributions, in the first sentence of Paragraph 2 (1), the words "free balance of profit 'are replaced by the words" profit payment on the basis of a financial plan' and in the first sentence of Paragraph 2 (2), the words "contributions, except for the additional contribution to the redistribution of funds' are replaced by the words" regulatory and price contributions'.
Final provisions
The Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Republic sets out in an agreement with the Czech Geological Office the method and extent of financing of geological works and the provision or disposal of old mining works and their consequences from the state budget of the Czech Republic.
The provisions of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 163 / 1989 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Socialist Republic (the Budget Rules of the Republic) shall not apply until the new legislation is effective if they discuss the comprehensive state plan of economic and social development of the Czech Socialist Republic, the budgetary perspective of the Czech Socialist Republic and the budget perspective of the Federation.
This Act shall take effect on 1 April 1990.
