amending Decree No. 143 / 1970 Coll., implementing the Foreign Exchange Economy Act
The Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, in agreement with the Czechoslovak State Bank and in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic, provides pursuant to Section 28 of Act No. 142 / 1970 Coll., on Foreign Exchange Economy:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade No. 143 / 1970 Coll., implementing the Foreign Exchange Economic Act, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 28 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Acts not related to the conduct of international trade, foreign tourism, spa care, international transport and international shipping are regarded as non-commercial activities by authorised legal persons under Part Two of this Order and not related to the business of foreign exchange banks and foreign exchange locations. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1988.
