Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic on the detailed definition of the territory of the urban districts of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava

on the detailed definition of the territory of the urban districts of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava
The Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic pursuant to § 3 (4) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 43 / 1968 Coll., on the capital of Slovakia Bratislava, as amended by the Slovak National Council Act No. 63 / 1971 Coll. and the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Slovak National Council No. 90 / 1971 Coll. declares a detailed definition of the territory of the urban districts of the Slovak Socialist Republic Bratislava as follows:
§ 1
(1) The territory of the City District of Bratislava I includes: the territory of the former City District of Bratislava-Staré Mesto, the part of the territory of the former City District of Bratislava-Niva and the part of the territory of the former City District of Bratislava-Vinohrady.
(2) Boundary of the district of Bratislava I form the Danube River in the south, from the place of the old Danube Bridge with the continuation to the west of the Mlyn Dolina, the Brno Way, the Way to the Red Bridge to the railway track. This line continues the northern border of the district east on Smrečian Street. The eastern border of the district consists of Smrečianska ulica, Račianske myto with a continuation through Legionatorska Street along the railway line behind the Bratislava-Niva station, along the Mlynska Niva street, Košická Street, Martanovich Street, along the railway line to the old Danube bridge, where the border ends with the river Danube.
§ 2
(1) The territory of the city district of Bratislava II includes: part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Niva, part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Nové Mesto, part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Trnávka, part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Ružinov and the territory of the former municipalities of the Danube Bistrica and Vrakuňa.
(2) In the west, the border of the district of Bratislava II forms the border of the district of Bratislava I, and the border continues in the northeast direction along Steiner Street, Trnava Road, Rožnávská Street and the road towards Senec to the border of the district of Bratislava-rural. In the east, the border of the border is the border of the territory of the former communes of the Danube Bipartisan and Vracunya, and in the south the river Danube up to the old Danube bridge.
§ 3
(1) The territory of the city district of Bratislava III includes: part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Nové Mesto, part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Vinohrad, part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Trnávka, part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Rača and part of the territory of the former urban district of Bratislava-Vajnora.
(2) The border of the territory of the district of Bratislava III forms the border of the district of Bratislava I and the border of the district of Bratislava II in the south. In the west the border continues along the railway line Bratislava-Břeclav and along the border of the territory of the former district Bratislava-Lamac under the southwest slopes of the Klanec forest on the border of the former village Záhorská Bystrica; following this border continues to the border of the district of Bratislava-rural. The north-west and north-east border of this district shall constitute the border of the district of Bratislava-rural areas.
§ 4
(1) The territory of the city district of Bratislava IV includes: the territory of the former municipalities of Jarovce, Rusovka, Záhorská Bystrica and Devín Nová Ves, and the territory of the former urban districts of Bratislava-Karlova Ves- Devin, Bratislava-Dúbravka, Bratislava-Lamac and Bratislava-Petržalka.
(2) In the south and south-west, the border of the district of Bratislava IV forms the border of the Czechoslovak-Hungarian and the border of the Czechoslovak-Austrian; in the north-west and north the border of this district is the border of the territory of the former municipalities of Devín Nová Ves and Záhorská Bystrica and in the north-east and east the border of the urban districts Bratislava III and Bratislava I.
§ 5
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
