Central Association of Production Cooperatives
of 8 May 1964
amending Decree No 274 / 1956 of the Ú. l., on sickness insurance for members of production cooperatives
In agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions pursuant to § 7 of Decree-Law No 57 / 1956 Coll., on sickness insurance and pension insurance for members of production cooperatives:
Decree of 19 December 1956 on sickness insurance for members of production cooperatives No 274 / 1956 Ú. l. is amended as follows:
Article 15 reads as follows:
"(1) Other than sickness insurance matters of members of cooperatives, for example whether someone is insured, insurance premiums, periodic penalty payments, the earnings of insurance and other insurance relationship issues, are decided by the regional associations of production cooperatives.
(2) It is for the regional courts to examine the decision referred to in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code '. *)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
