fixing the flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings
The Minister of Justice provides, pursuant to Articles 152 (3) and 153 (1) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure of the Court (Criminal Code):
The flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings borne by the State referred to in Articles 152 (1) (c) and 153 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be 100 CZK and 400 CZK in the cases where the expert has been recruited.
(1) Decree No 235 / 1957 of the Minister of Justice of the European Union establishing a flat rate of criminal proceedings is hereby repealed.
(2) Paragraph 1 does not apply to the costs of proceedings in cases brought before 31 December 1963.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1964.
