Order of the Minister for Transport
of 3 December 1953
concerning the Additional Convention to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail of 23 November 1933 (M. O. Z.) and certain Annexes thereto.
The Minister of Transport orders in agreement with the participating ministers pursuant to § 47 of Act No. 97 / 1950 Coll., on Railways:
(1) On 1 September 1953 they become effective
(a) the Additional Convention of 13 May 1950 to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail of 23 November 1933 (M. O. Z.), and Annex X to M. Z., which forms part of the Additional Convention;
(b) the new version of Annex VII to M. O. Z.,
(c) Annex IX to M.O. Z.
(2) On 1 September 1953 the current version of Annex VII to M. Z. published by Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs No. 58 / 1938 Coll.
The Additional Convention to M. O. Z. (including Annex X to M. Z.), the new version of Annex VII to M. Z. and Annex IX to M. Z., shall be published by the Ministry of Transport in the Tariff Bulletin.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
