Regulation of the Minister for Interior

on the procurement, distribution and testing of fire protection material.
The Minister of the Interior hereby orders pursuant to § 12 (2) of Act No. 62 / 1950 Coll., on the Protection against Fire and other natural disasters:
The Ministry of the Interior provides for the provision, distribution and testing of material fire protection equipment.
(1) The firefighting centre established by Government Decree No 257 / 1943 Coll., is hereby repealed.
(2) The settlement of the situation related to the abolition of the Fire Control Centre shall be carried out by the Ministry of the Interior in agreement with the Ministry of Finance as regards the settlement of rights and obligations.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1952. The measures necessary for its implementation may be taken before that date.
