Government Regulation
of 20 April 1948
on an additional inventory of land assets for the revision of the first land reform.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 3, paragraph 3 of the Act of 11 July 1947, No. 142 Coll., on the revision of the first land reform, as amended by the Act of 21 March 1948, No. 44 Coll.:
(1) For persons who, between 11 July 1947 and 11 August 1947, have wholly or partly alienated or realistically distributed the land property referred to in § 1 (1) and (2) of the Government Order of 8 November 1947, No 194 Coll., on the inventory of land property for the revision of the first land reform and on its designation in the public books, an additional inventory of that and other property referred to in § 1 (1), (2), nav. 194 / 1947 Coll. shall be made as at 11 July 1947.
(2) The list shall include persons who were owners of land property referred to in paragraph 1 on 11 July 1947.
The list of land assets referred to in § 1 must be filed within 15 days of the date of publication of this Regulation; Forms may be received from the Ministry of Agriculture, Slovakia, the Agriculture and Land Reform delegates.
Unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation, the additional list of provisions of Decree-Law No 194 / 1947 Coll.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
