on the legislation on external trade statistics in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic and on the temporary abolition of the obligation to submit certificates of production origin in the statistical reporting of imports.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(1) For the State Statistics on Foreign Trade of the Czechoslovak Republic, the laws applicable to it on 29 September 1938, namely the Act of 13 July 1922, No 235 Coll., on the reregulation of external trade statistics, No 220 Coll., of 29 August 1924, No 188 Coll., and of 5 December 1922, No 235 Coll., on the reregulation of external trade statistics, as amended by the Government Regulations of 25 October 1923, No 220 Coll., of 29 August 1924, No 188 Coll., and of 5 December 1930, No 176 Coll., and the Prime Minister's Decree of 10 December 1931, No 197 Coll., on the reporting of net weight for external trade statistics on goods imported and exported in special trade.
(2) State statistics on foreign trade are carried out by the State Statistical Office in Prague for the whole country.
The obligation to submit certificates of production origin in the statistical reporting of imports of certain goods pursuant to the Government Regulations of 16 April 1935, No 86 Coll., on the obligation to submit certificates of production origin in the statistical reporting of imports of certain goods and of 26 February 1937, No 30 Coll., on the obligation to submit certificates of production origin in the statistical reporting of imports of certain goods, as amended by the Government Regulation of 11 March 1938, No 46 Coll., for a transitional period shall be deleted; the government shall designate a regulation from which the obligation to submit such certificates will again arise.
This Law shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
