amending and supplementing Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act), as amended by Act No. 40 / 1964 Coll. and Act No. 43 / 1976 Coll.
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act), as amended by Act No. 40 / 1964 Coll. and Act No. 43 / 1976 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6 (3), the words "is in the performance of its tasks' shall be deleted.
2.
(1) Air passenger, baggage, mail and air traffic services for remuneration may be operated by air transport organisations and by air transport organisations [Paragraph 6 (1) (a)].
(2) Organisations other than those referred to in paragraph 1 and CSDs may, in return for payment, carry out air transport or carry out air work only with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Transport, issued at the request of the organisation or citizens.
(3) An application for authorisation to operate or operate air services for consideration shall include:
(a) the facts relevant for assessing the applicant's competence to ensure the intended scope and conditions of operation; if the operation or ensuring its operation involves synergies with another organisation, evidence of the way in which it is operated;
(b) transport conditions, tariffs and prices of services provided subject to approval or designation by the Federal Ministry of Transport. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
