Slovak National Council
of 19 December 1977
on the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic for 1978
The Slovak National Council agreed on this law:
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu Slovenské socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 65 358 296 000 Kčs |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 65 358 296 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 1). | |
| (2) Ve státním rozpočtu republiky je obsažen souhrnný finanční vztah rozpočtů národních výborů ke státnímu rozpočtu republiky (dotace ze státního rozpočtu republiky) ve výši | 8 477 200 000 Kčs |
| a účelové subvence poskytované ze státního rozpočtu republiky do rozpočtu národních výborů ve výši | 9 857 900 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 2). |
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority, the Minister for Finance may translate into the State Budget of the Republic, provided that this does not undermine its balance, in particular changes in the State Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Slovak Socialist Republic and in the organisational changes, adjust the global financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies to the National Committees if the assumptions under which those relations with the State Budget of the Republic have been established change.
The Act of the Slovak National Council No. 122 / 1971 Coll., on the budgetary determination of the income of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions and their administration, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, part of the sentence after the colon and the provisions of point (a) read:
"The proceeds of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions which are not, in accordance with the Act No. 111 / 1971 Coll., on contributions to the State Budget and social security contributions, as amended, and No 113 / 1971 Coll., on pension tax and social security contributions, as amended, on the income of the State Budget of the Federation shall be determined as follows:
(a) the proceeds of contributions pursuant to § 1 (a), (b) and (g) of Act No. 111 / 1971 Coll. are revenue from the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic and, if applicable, contributions from organisations managed by national committees, income from budgets of national committees, "
Article 2 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The tax administration pursuant to Act No. 113 / 1971 Coll., on pension tax and social security contributions, as amended, shall be carried out by the City Financial Administration in Bratislava by taxpayers residing abroad, if the source of their income is the Slovak Socialist Republic."
Act No 129 / 1968 Coll., on the limitation period for property and exceptional benefits, is amended as follows:
In Section 1, the words "another 10 years' are replaced by the words" 20 years'.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1978.
