of 20 September 1971
amending the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 43 / 1968 Coll., on the capital of Slovakia Bratislava
The Bureau of the Slovak National Council has acted under Article 121 (3) of the Constitutional Law on the Czechoslovak Federation on the following legal measure:
Act of the Slovak National Council No. 43 / 1968 Coll., on the capital of Slovakia Bratislava, as amended by the Slovak National Council Act No. 63 / 1971 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The territory of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava is divided into urban districts, namely Bratislava I, Bratislava II, Bratislava III and Bratislava IV. '
2. Article 4 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) In parts of the urban districts created by the integration of the municipalities referred to in § 3 (2) and in the urban areas of Petržalka, Rača and Vajnora, the local national committees shall be managed by the national district committees; have jurisdiction under the National Committees Act. ';
This legal measure shall take effect on the day of its publication; the territorial changes and changes in the organisation and competence of the national committees provided for by it shall enter into force on the date of the next general election to the national committees.
