amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Health No 44 / 1966 Coll., on health professionals and other health professionals
The Ministry of Health provides in agreement with the Ministry of Education and other participating central bodies according to § 54 paragraph 1 and § 58 paragraph 2 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:
Decree No 44 / 1966 Coll., on health professionals and other health professionals, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The profession of a dentist may be performed by health professionals who have acquired competence to pursue that profession under previous rules; the profession may be carried out by staff authorised by the Minister for Health after professional training and additional examination. ';
2. Paragraph 13 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) In the field of social medicine, the subject of which permeates all medical fields, specialisation can be obtained only as an additional specialisation after reaching the first degree specialisation in a particular field, especially in internal medicine, in pediatric, hygiene and epidemiology."
3. Paragraph 50 is added to paragraph 3 of the following text:
"(3) In exceptional cases, usually older workers, the Minister of Health may authorise the exercise of the profession of a secondary health worker without obtaining the required training, if justified and verified by their extensive professional experience, knowledge and very good work results. '
4. The provisions of point II / 1 of the Annex to the Decree cited are as follows:
"1. specialization in all fields of pharmacognosia."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
