Finance delegation
of 13 June 1960
on the delegation of certain tasks of the former National Recovery Fund in Bratislava to the executive bodies of certain regional national committees
According to § 2 (2) of Act No. 182 / 1950 Coll., on the abolition of National Recovery Funds, and § 1 (2) of Act No. 18 / 1950 Coll., on the abolition of settlement offices:
The scope of the executive bodies of the Regional National Committees in Slovakia under Section 5 (1) of Decree No 225 / 1950 Ú. v. I is transferred to the executive bodies
a) Regional National Committee in Košice with competence for the whole district of the Eastern Slovak Region,
(b) the Regional National Committee in Banská Bystrica with competence for the entire district of the Central Slovak Region,
(c) the District National Committee in Nitra with competence for the districts of Nitra, Komárno, Left, Nové Zámky and Topolčany; and
d) Regional National Committee in Bratislava with competence for the District of Bratislava, Dunajská Streda, Galanta, Senica, Trnava, Trenčín and the District of the Municipal National Committee in Bratislava.
This Decree shall take effect from 1 July 1960.
