Regulation of the Minister for Construction
of 8 November 1951
on the expiry of Article 10 of the Act on nationalisation in construction
The Minister of Construction hereby orders pursuant to Article IV of Act No. 58 / 1951 Coll., amending and supplementing the Act on nationalisation in construction:
Paragraph 10 of Act No. 121 / 1948 Coll., on nationalisation in construction, as amended by Act No. 58 / 1951 Coll. expires on 28 October 1951.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 October 1951.
