GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC

amending crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (b) to (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 11 January 2021 at 00am
changes the efficacy period:
1. Government Resolution of 23 December 2020 No 1375, published under No. 595 / 2020 Coll.,
2nd Government Resolution of 23 December 2020 No 1376, published under No. 596 / 2020 Coll.,
3rd Government Resolution of 23 December 2020 No 1378, published under No. 598 / 2020 Coll.,
4th Government Resolution of 23 December 2020 No 1379, published under No. 599 / 2020 Coll.,
by extending their effectiveness until 22 January 2021 until 11: 59 p.m.
