DECISION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
of 8 January 2019
on the announcement of elections to the European Parliament
Pursuant to Article 63 (2) of Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic, Article 3 (2) of Act No. 62 / 2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and amending certain laws, and on the basis of a Decision of the Council of the European Union of 22 May 2018 setting out the period of the ninth election of Members of the European Parliament in general and direct elections,
Announcing elections
to the European Parliament and to set the dates for their holding on Friday 24 May 2019 and Saturday 25 May 2019.
