The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was deposited with it between 1.12.2006 and 31.12.2006:
Collective contract of a higher degree (dated 19.12.2006 with effect from 1 January 2007 until the date of application of the new contract, but no later than 31 December 2012) concluded between
Employee Association of Mining and Oil Industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic
and
The union of mining workers, geology and the oil industry.
